While no two events are the same, and every event has varying goals, budgets, and audiences; there are several steps you can take to jump-start the planning process, keep on track, and maximize your event’s success.

Prepare a plan using any layout of your choice. You are an event planner, and have been tasked to create 3 x function layouts using three different venues.
Clients require a new, custom floorplan for their event but would like to see it before the event to make sure it works the way they would like.
When an event floor plan is designed well, guests don’t notice. Their focus is exactly where it should be—on enjoying the wedding celebration, university awards reception, or fundraising gala they’re attending.
But when event floor plans are designed poorly—it’s all guests notice. Attendees are cramped, uncomfortable, confused, or a bit lost. Guests may have trouble reaching their seats, get boxed in, or even feel exasperated because they can’t see the festivities or the guest speaker.
CREATE THREE EVENT PLANS
This event is of your choice, dinner, birthday, cocktail or a wedding.
The choice is yourse tables don’t overlap.

Choose ANY VENUE using the “Templates”
Create your three layouts – using three different venues.
Ensure all plans are PRINTED to .PNG or .JPEG then uploaded to this Dropbox folder- https://www.dropbox.com/request/MoIvKGt0doSe3jBX3YHo
Naming the plan (Your First Name & Surname Followed by Event Name & Venue Name)
e.g John Smith – Cocktail Plan – Sydney Convention Centre –
Uploaded plans to Dropbox must be either PNG or JPEG.
